It sounds like the second night (click here for Jam Bands article) was the one to see…

Opening night was fun, but frankly short and the crowd a little flat.  Not typical for Galactic (website) at the Bowl, but then again…the crowd was expecting a big time show.  Maybe I am burned out on too much Galactic that I expect magic every night.


Although most people seem to like the addition of Living Color’s Corey Glover, he seems to have taken the center stage front way too much.


The beauty for me about Galactic is the revolving mix of band leaders — not just Stanton Moore.


Glover disrupts the apple cart…kind of like Amare Stoudemire to the Knicks.


Galactic is big time fun.
