After 64 years as the coolest music corner in Times Square, Colony Music closed its doors.


While as a junior staffer at The Rowland Company — during its heyday…while others went on 15 minutes smoke breaks, I took 15 min Colony Music breaks.


I think I still own the Fake Book I spent 15 bucks on from there.
